La temperatura promedio es de 25 C a 30 C con un clima húmedo y frecuentes lluvias en las Zonas costeras de Sabana de la mar y menos lluvias en las zonas de la Provincia de Monte Plata.
El Clima de Bosque Humedo normalmente esta en las zonas de Mogotes dentro del Parque Nacional Los Haitises donde encontramos bosques primarios y secundarios.
