Please, check the type of your credit card you’re using, e.g. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and choose the credit card processor e.g. Stripe, Paypal or PayU. If the credit card processor you have picked doesn’t accept your type of credit card, please use another type of credit or different credit card processor. (You may encounter this more often with American Express and Discover than Visa or Mastercard).

Cancelations Policies

Due Covid – 19  and all cancelations process after payment with Credit cards or Paypal.

Customers will receive a voucher payment when making the obligatory 50% Deposit. This Voucher can be used as a Confirmation of tickets.

Join Groups Rules.

To cancel the trip must be 14 days before the due date of the activity. In this case, Customers will receive the full amount from Deposit. If cancelation is not between 14 days tickets cannot be refunded but the customers can change the date.

In Case customers do not show up on the date of the trip. Funds will be lost.

Private Groups Rules.

To cancel the trip must be 20 days before the due date of the activity. In this case, Customers will receive the full amount from Deposit. If cancelation is not between 20 days tickets cannot be refunded but the customers can change the date.
